Buttermilk Blueberry Muffins 1 c. flour 1 c. oats 1/3 c. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. buttermilk 1 beaten egg 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 c. blueberries Mix together all dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, egg and oil. Mix thoroughly. Fold in blueberries. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
